Terms:❉Vendors are responsible for bringing tables and display pieces.❉Please let us know if your display might require an outlet. We will do our best to accommodate your request.❉This event takes place rain or shine By signing this application, you agree to: 1. Vendor is responsible for all licenses and the collection of sales tax. 2. Vendor will leave booth space clean and in good condition with no damage. Due to the historic nature of the building, absolutely NO hanging of any merchandise on the walls or ceilings. Only gaffer’s tape may be used on floors for cords. 3. Vendor agrees that their name, image, and images of work may be used forpublicity of the event. 4. Vendor will have their space set up and fully staffed for customers during the entire duration of the event –November 19, 2016 10am-7pm and November 20, 2016 10am-4pm. Once accepted, you will be sent a vendor info email and assigned a set-up time for Friday or Saturday morning. No vendor is allowed to leave early or take down booth before the show ends and all vendors are responsible for handling their own sales. 5. Sugar Plum Bazaar and McNichols Building are not responsible for any injuries or loss to Vendor's person or property from any cause while leasing said premises under this agreement. Vendor accepts full responsibility for his/her merchandise and its safety and agrees to conduct his/her activities on show premises so as not to endanger him/herself or any other persons. No refunds for booth fee will be made unless show is cancelled by Sugar Plum Bazaar. This event is rain, snow or shine. There will be no refunds for inclement weather. If, for any reason the show is cancelled, vendor waives all claims for damages except refund of booth rental fee. Vendor agrees that his/her submitted application is made part of the contract between Sugar Plum Bazaar and Vendor. Applications can be emailed to info@sugarplumbazaar.com or mailed to Alissa Bush at 537 E.
